At David Prue, I have been proud to provide quality handmade furniture for over 30 years.

I offer a truly bespoke service for all kinds of free-standing furniture in a range of hardwoods. I am equally at home with traditional and contemporary designs.

I believe in a close, personal relationship with all my clients so that the pieces I make are just right for them. We can meet in my workshop, and I will always try to visit the customer's home so that I can be sure to match the new item to its surroundings and make it feel part of the room.

I can make any furniture for any purpose. Need an additional matching chair for your dining room? I can create a perfect copy of your existing chairs. Want to replace or restore a damaged item? I do repairs and restorations of all kinds - I once recreated a sofa table from the single surviving drawer after the original was stolen.
